• File Uploads: Receipt photos, documents, and project photos you upload for project management purposes.
• Device Information: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications. We do not access your device's unique identifiers beyond what is necessary for push notification delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for providing and improving the App's functionality:

• To authenticate your account and manage your profile.
• To enable project management features (project creation, cost tracking, worker assignments).
• To send push notifications about project assignments and updates.
• To store and display receipts, documents, and photos you upload.
• To generate financial summaries and reports within your projects.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade database security with encryption at rest and in transit. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services that may process limited personal data:

These services process data solely for the purpose of enabling App functionality. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications about project assignments and updates. You may be asked for permission to receive notifications when you first log in. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or browser preferences.

6. Data Retention

We retain your project data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for business and professional use in the construction industry and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Object to or restrict the processing of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time.
